Enjoy a day of fly-fishing in private waters for two people. You will fish on a private stretch of Colorado’s scenic Blue River. Your guide, David Wallace, is an experienced angler who is very familiar with these waters.  He will provide a casting lesson and help you wade in the best spots to catch large, beautiful trout.  A gourmet picnic lunch and refreshments will be provided by Bevin Wallace of Real Life Delicious.  Also included is a fly rod from Wright and McGill Co. and a $150 gift certificate to Trout’s Fly Fishing, Denver’s favorite local fly-fishing shop.

An unbelievable Polish dinner for ten by Dorota Michalewska-Kilstrom, with the assistance of her husband, Kevin (he has no Polish blood, but a Polish heart and significant training and experience in Polish eating and drinking habits).  This traditional Polish celebration with all the trimmings includes:
