We will be using the same mobile bidding for 2017 as we did for 2016. Bidding for silent auction items will open on Thurs., February 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m.

All categories/sections will be available to bid on at that time EXCEPT Loud Auction and Parties. Parties will open for bid/buy on Sat., Mar. 4 at 12noon. You must be present on Gala night to bid on Loud Auction items or arrange with someone else to bid for you if you're interested.

You MUST be registered in order to bid. If you want to bid only (i.e. not attending dinner on Gala night), please select the $30 online bidding only option on the Buy Your Tickets web page.

This is the first screen you see when you log in by clicking the link from your email or text message. This screen allows you to confirm your identity before proceeding to the bidding interface.

You can enter the item number or search criteria in the red box. An item number lookup takes you directly to the item where can view details. Entering search criteria takes you to a result screen where you can pick your item.

You can view your bidding history and watch list by pressing “My Bids” and you can always see the items with no bids by using the “No Bid Items” button.

You can also filter items by category for a quick look at all the items in a given category.

You can see the current bid, the minimum raise, the closing time, a photo and details about the item.  You can type the next bid amount or any amount above that and the system will bid for you up to that amount.  We’ll send

you a text message if you’re outbid! You can also ‘Watch’ the item without placing a bid. We’ll put it on your ‘My Bids’ page so you can keep track of the bidding on that item and jump in when ready!

How to Mobile Bid

When you register your mobile number at check-in:

• You will receive a text message with a link within 60 seconds of being checked in.
• Tap the link on your screen—it will open your browser and take you directly to the bidder interface.
• To verify your name, tap the Yes button.
• Search packages by number, keyword, or category and select your action (Details/Bid, etc.).
• You can bid the next increment, set a max bid, or “Watch” packages.
• If your max bid is the highest, the system will automatically bid in your favor until you are outbid or until the silent auction closes.  
• If you are out-bid, you will receive an out-bid text message.
• To get back to the main screen, select the  icon.
• To go to list of bids and open items you are currently winning, tap the My Bids button.
• To find out what packages have no bids, tap the No Bids Pkgs button.

Other options to get started:

• Go to the URL [Insert your organization’s bidding url] and use your bidder number to log in.
• Follow the same steps as above.
